Legacy Beef quarters contain an assortment of high quality cuts including:
- Steaks: Bone-in Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Sirloin, Flank, Skirt, Cube, Flat Iron
- Roasts: Sirloin Tip, Rump, Boneless Chuck
- Brisket
- Short Ribs
- Stew Meat
- Ground Beef
- Top steaks are cut at 1 1/4" thick and come 2 to a pack
- Roasts are 2-3lb
5 cubic feet of freezer space is required for a quarter beef (approximately 125lbs of finished beef).
10 cubic feet of freezer space is required for a half beef (approximately 250lbs of finished beef).
Custom quarters and halves are available at your request.
